you are not only one who received a request for passport renewal for a child..
i saw 3-4 persons like sharma77...who also received the same request...bcz for kids passport must not be 3 yrs old.. i think this is the same situation for u.....so its just bcz the rule....
so submit the new passport of you kid....then u ll get the PPR...
Hi Jigna, I applied mine on 23-July received by CIC on 24-July-09. So i think we should expect our meds by third or last week of Sep 09. Hope all goes well. Keep updating on your status, in the same boat mate. rgds, hangza |

hi all i had submitted full app to nd in 1st week of july AOR is of 15th july DD encashed 21st july .............. status is recd by visa office. when & what should i except further
i am getting tensed now
i dont know what is in store for me as 2 months are gone already

Ramneek,
You should be expecting your medicals request soon. Once your status changes to In Process, after a week you will get your medicals. It should happen in the month of Sep only.

The upate is done by each Local Visa Office separately. It is done weekly and depends upon the stage at which the file is. Done on usually every Monday or Tuesday. |

Ecas stat is still "Received by Visa Office" since mid of August. Hope our ecas changes to "in process" soonest. |

I am in the same situation as you. My application was received at the office on July 10th and got my AOR on August 5th. It still says received by the visa office. Hopefully we can see it " in process" soon......

same wid me.......... app submitted on 8th july..............AOR is of 15th july........... still the status is recd by visa off.........i hav read on dis forum dat eligibilty review period shouldnt be more than 2 weeks but 9 weeks r gone still not even reviewed
oh GOD d waiting period is really crucial

Hi Ankur, I could be wrong but judging from my own case and several others on the forum at this point, it seems Delhi has hit a slow patch and things are currently moving slow for a lot of people. I'm sure this will self-rectify and the usual flood of med requests etc will pour in soon enough. Hang in there! |
