Hi All,

It would be great if we all could mention our status change duration. I am aware that status change is not the true picture but it will still help a lot of people to analyse there case.

Kindly share your timelines in respect to status change as per this format. Thanks and god bless

Thanks. It means you received your medicals in less than 2 months. Great going. Which cat you applied in and what is your NOC.

Hi Rocky272727,

Application is under FSW-I, NOC 0111 and 0218. Medicals did move fast but the PPR is a little slow now I think.

Jigna,

The next status for you should be 'In process" and once that happens, I guess you should get Medical Request and PPR in a few days.

Hi Thayyib,

No I didn't get PPR along with medicals because along with my medical request, Delhi also asked me to update my child's passport photo (which essentially meant a passport reissue with a new number). I think my case is a little unique as far as this part goes, I haven't seen anyone else on this forum (at least recently) who received such a request from Delhi along with medicals. I know one person who got a similar request at a later stage.

Hi Jigna,

I have already submitted copies of my childs passport to Delhi about 3 weeks back. The difference between my case and Sharma77 - I believe - is that he got a request to update child passport photo after PPR, so once he got the new passport, all he had to do was send across the original. While I got the request with medicals to submit copies of the updated passport, hence I'm still awaiting PPR.

I also wanted to clarify that I think the reason for updating child passport is connected to significant change in appearance between the photos submitted to CIC and the actual passport photo rather that how old the passport is. In my case, the passport was issued when my child was 1.5 yrs and she was 3.5 at the time of application to CIC, so the difference was barely 2 years, but her appearance has changed.
