Status Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) Eligibility Review Complete

Hello Every one,

I live in Abu Dhabi UAE, sent application from Abu Dhabi.

I checked online status it shows: Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) Eligibility Review Complete , application received on 26 Oct 2009 and a file has been created and the information from the application form was entered.
The review at the CIO-Sydney has been completed. A letter with additional information has been mailed.
But I have not yet  received any letter as of now. Could anyone advise me what should I do.

How did you check the online status, if from a file number how did you receive the file number ?
