When did u send it ? Did u put ure deadline on it ?
U can email them and follow up if its been more than 2 weeks

I tracked from tracking number they had received it on jan 5.I will wait for 4 weeks and then email them.Please send me the email id to reach them.
Did you ask them to transfer your file to new delhi from usa or you originally put new delhi there ?

Hi all,

1 quick question, and sorry if it was asked and answered.
Does ever 1 need state clearance. I lived in 3 states over the last 12 yrs. Do i need to contact all ?please advise

I got it done for all states I have lived in for more than 6 months in the US ... Thats what the form says , but I have read in this forum that its not reqd and only FBI wud do ...
So, I am not really sure ... I got mine done as I don't want to take any chances

Did you submit your application without state pcc & fbi clearance ?

No not yet -- I am awaiting FBI certificate -- I am wondering if you should apply for the state ones as well
