In the form, did you enter your current address or the address where you stayed earlier? I have stayed at 2 addresses in NC so what addr should I enter?

At this stage they need your "current" address only for the purpose of sending you the actual form I think. They should be able to pull all the addresses by your name and SSN, so you might not even have to give them those addresses.
I entered my current address, which happens to be in NC though.

At this stage I am wondering if I have to start with PCC so soon. I have not yet received my file number and according to the current timeline, they say it would take 5 months to get the nomination letter. PCCs are valid only for 3 months... so I think I will wait until I get a conf letter from AINP that my appln has been accepted. (I submitted my initial appln on Jan 15th - new process.)

you are right, you may want to wait a lil bit to start the PCC process. as far as nc is concerned - they are superspeed (borrowing my 8 yr old nephew's term) anyway, i sent the request via fax and i received their letter with instructions and blank finger print forms in 2 days. i'll return the application by the end of the week.

joshi,

10 - 20 is usually the fees for fingerprinting depending on where you go. you may request them to print you an extra copy, they usually don't have a problem.
