NJ doesn't have an option for out of state!!! Help!!!!

Do you need to visit any of the "Fingerprinting Sites". Oh god..what a hectic job...


The home address that you fill out on the attached form should be the same as the home address printed on the identification that you provide to Sagem Morpho Inc.

I moved to maryland and still having NJ drivers license. How do I provide them ID with my current address?
Ohh..This state PCC is more hectic and  expensive process than FBI process.

I am in NJ with an OHIO license with an Ohio address on it. It's going to be such a pain.

Call 609-882-2000 Ext. 2991 to get instructions faxed for out of state applicants. I have a copy which I will upload when I have time.

In that it is mentioned that

1 covering letter
2 fingerprint card

i got link in forum http://www.njsp.org/about/serv_chrc.html#icbc

i download the pdf but i could not see the

covering letter and  fingerprint card

can some one help me in getting the application for NJ PCC
