Nope, sorry, no experience with those states. But there are others on this forum that have posted about these states (I specifically recall NY and VT) so do a search -
Another just reported about Ohio - even tho their website said NOT to use the FBI card for the State PCC, after he called, they said it was OK to use the FBI card. So if that's easiest for you, it doesn't hurt to ask...
