standard responses on application

I noticed that under the education sectoin, it asks the type of diploma/certificate awarded. I find this very vague. Is there a standard list of responses or can I write "bachelor of arts"??

I feel that given how quick they are to return applications, there must be a list with standard responses.

You should be specific, Bachelor of Arts in XYZ.
