App. Filed.......: 19 sep-2011 and returned at 6th December due to cap reached of 3131

i am applying for skilled person after 2 or 3 days . after applying what stages for processing are and waht is the maximum time required for complete processing.

Well...minimum is one year...max...........God knows  Grin

U will receive first AOR may be in 30 working days after u will be asked to complete submission / pending documents along with other formalities. Once submission complete, wait for medical which is subject to back ground check that in most of the cases carried out before medical...that can take 6 to 8 months. After Medical, PPR (passport request) that may take minimum one month if all is well.

After PPR is offcourse VISA Cheesy

I think according to CIC the minimum for post-June-2010 has been about 3 months!

But the likely shortest time is probably 8 or 9 months. Average is probably 11 or 12.
