Hi, I was following you guys for few days, just my
Application was on April 4 2009 with the cod 0213 and I didn't receive my file #
so I called AINP to ask about my case and they told me that
it could be around end of August to receive my file number.
After that I ask About my H1B and she told me after my application
with my valid H1B no matter after what happened with me, so I am a
little confuse now so is important keep my visa valid or not.
So thanks a lot you guys for this blog.

It will not affect your processing if you sent your application before May 19. Using what NOC did you apply before, 2174 or something else? If it was not 2174 before, you need to contact AINP and ask them what to do in your situation. They would be the best people to advise you on your situation. |
