Hi All,

I got an email from AINP asking for the updated details on my employment, family composition, most recent pay stubs. They received my application on March 20th. My NOC: 2173. Hoping to hear a positive nomination certificate soon.

Regards,
Siva

I applied under NOC 2173 and yesterday I received an email with request for documents like recent pay stub etc. I hope its an indication that they are going to make a decision on my application soon. They received my application on March 2nd.

Hi,
i got am email today and they are asking my recent pay stub and detail regarding any changes in my employment situation.

question:
1. In my recent pay stub( 2 days before) did not display my acutal slary(it displaying less than my actual salary due to some error in my company's payroll system. Does money figure in payroll mater?
2. I have been working in the same company with same position. what should i send them about any changes in my employment situation?

please advice me about above concern. i will really appriciate.

Thank you

For question 2 I replied "No Changes" and for question 1 I would recommend to add two most recent pay stubs and let them know that the recent paystub had error so thats why you are sending two (also let them know the reason for error). This is just a suggestion as I would do the same. they may notice the change of salary and then it will be harder for you to defend it.

I do not think less pay should be an issue on your paystub, just send a couple of the latest one

Guys,

I got an email today from AINP asking me to send the following:

1) A copy of your most recent pay stub
2) A copy of your current and valid H1B Visa or I-797 Notice of Approval
3) Details regarding any changes to your employment situation (i.e. new job description)
4) Address update, if there have been any changes
5) Details regarding any changes to your family composition

1) Paystub - Check (I will send them a copy of my latest paystub)
2) I-797 - Check (I will send them a copy)
3) No Change
4) No Change
5) No Change

So, if i send my Paystub & I-797, is it good enough? Please advice. Is this a good sign?

AINP Application Sent - March 13th
File # Received - August 8th
Email for Documents - December 16th

Thank you,
Kumar14

Dear Friends,

Today I got email from Immigration officer Alberta. They asked for the below details
· A copy of your most recent pay stub
·A copy of your current and valid H1B Visa or I-797 Notice of Approval
·Details regarding any changes to your employment situation (i.e. new job description)

Your file will be finalized as soon as I receive the requested information Smiley

Guys, can some one suggest me is this is the right time to apply for PCC and FBI?
