Hi Guys, any success for file number for the March' 09 applicants. So far I haven't heard anything from the AINP. My applicated was received by the AINP on 20th March. It is past 4 months now :(

what the heck is happening with our AINP filed in March. Why don't some one call them and ask them. Currently i m traveling can some one find out ?

one of my buddy applied in May and he got his file # on Friday.

did any march applicant called AINP to know what the heck is going on...

Hey Oily,
            What the is going on with AINP.I applied in April and you applied in march we dint get anything man but may applicants are able to make it.What is this yaarr.I am frstarted yaar.what the heck

I called them yesterday and they are aware of march cases not getting file number and they also know lots of blogs are talking about this.
she said its not a worry and we shall be able to get numbers soon confidently saying with in 2 or 3 days. she also mentioned that they grouped this application and march group us lagging behind.

ermmmmmmmmmm........ so five month just for a frekkling file number how awesome, does this also means other who applied later than march will get nominated before us? how sweet

Wow Finally This March applicatnt just got something from AINP right now:

AINP rcvd application 3rd March 09
NOC 2133 Electrical Engineer,
under New Process.

Just rcved file number, They didnt call out anything about nomination like 40-60 day from now.
Although I sent my application on 3rd march..they say in the e-mail that they acknowledged this on todays date.
I am a little confused here .Does it mean that my nomination time 4 month count down starts today or It is 8 months from now?

I recieved my File Number today July 30th . Application sent on March 10th 2009.

I have not recieved mine and going out of H1B status as well (waited too long). Any of you guys know if the nomination is still feasible if one goes of H1B status after 4 months of waiting?
