I want to know if I need to submit Police record along initial application?

I am also in the process of filling up my application. I do not think that we need to submit police records alongwith the application. I am applying under SRS AINP US Visa Holder scheme.

At Alberta level, You don't have to but once nominated then for CIC purpose.
