In my case
in process date is 15 jan 2012
BFD was 16-05-2012
no letter sent line is there
my 2nd aor is 10 july 2010
It seems people with in proces in jan/feb/march / april will get BFD of 120 days hence they will get medicals in june/july onwards on FIFO basis. they will get visa stamping in aug/sep onwards
people with inprocess in May/june will get a letter first and then will get BFD of 1 year hence will get medicals in 2013 and visas in 2013.
please tell us details bit more, do u think this first in first oout and lifo will be as per the process date , not as per the initial file received date by the initial file received by the cio ? |

exactly, IMHO, it will be FIFO priority as per the in process date (or docs submitted to vo). initial file sent to cio date does not seem to have the basis of processing. eg. a person who submitted fulldocs to voin june'10 but applied to cio in april'10 has a priority processing over another person whoapplied to cio in march'10 but submitted full docs to vo in august'2010. |

MY second AOR is dated: 13/09/2010
and my in process date is 10/02/2012
B'fd dated in CAIPS is 09/06/2012 (exactly 120 days from IP Date)
and in my e-case the only worte: File Reveiwed and Processing started on 10/02/2012)
they didnt added a line "Sent letter on --------"

My In process date is 3 feb 2012. According to you my BFD is June 2 but today is june 10 and I havent received anything from NDVO. What is your source? please make it clear. |

dear manonthemove, I said "it seems".......so i am just assuming the trend. the basis of my assumption is that NDVO started showing "in process" in Jan 2012 with 120 days bFd i.e. may 2012. Now the may bfd has gone and the VO might have put next bfd of 30 days. so before that they can start sending medicals. secondly new Ministerial INstructions are to be issued by june end, so there can be a quota alloted to prejuners in new MI, which can shoot medicals. |

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 26, 2012.
Haven't recvd any email or mail from them so far, is it wise to send them a CSI knowing i would get back the same old automated response...

Dear Pre juners ! A small update from my side ( Not very important ) . My address reappeared on Ecas . Earlier i was having a two files status , one for
Mi-1 and second for file status for my MI-3 file but today they removed it from Ecas. It was a NER for MI-3 file. I hope they are dusting our files now.
May 1st week of July bring some good news for us.
