My consultant(whom I don't trust very much) informed me that one of his client whose application they sent some 15 days before me got medical request. He said the letter was dispatched sometime in March end, but he got this letter on 3^rd May.

Even if the news is unconfirmed it still gives some sense to healing to an aching mind

Try to find his "...reviewed and processing started on...." date and NOC?

I can't say for sure, but possibilities seem rare for an arranged employment.

There was buzz about progress for applicants with 'In Process with date' in around 120 days.  Any movements for Jan In process files as they may have just crossed 120 days....

Just checking to see if something concrete is happening after 'In Process with dates' or its just a ploy to show some work done on FSW immigrants files by NDVO.  They are off lately in bulk categorizing applicants in 'In Process with date' and 'Decision Made'; As from beginning can't understand what their plan of action is.

i also got that kind reply but was little different , instead of medical it was written u ll get further instructions to process ur file

How long it will take for CHC to reply? I have sent one enquiry on April 23rd and till now I have not received any response from them.

halo seniors ,my ecas status changed to in process on march 28th,on the same day i got an email from ndvo to submit my fbi clearance certificate before 14th of may.otherwise my application will be cancelled.i have applied for the fbi clearance one month before.when i called fbi today, i got the information that it may take one more month to proceed the application.what should i do now?.should i inform ndvo or wait till the fbi clearance to come. seniors please do reply.

You should inform them before your next BFD.
