Congrats...
There are many NDVO applicants are with this situation from past three months but none got any update from VO, so please wait more couple of weeks for some update.
FYI,
Other VO are already started sending out emails to update the documents and also issuing Medicals.
Thanks, can you throw some light on the below please, Does "In Process" means 1) I have the required 67 points to qualify? 2) My documents are good to go for the next steps of medicals? |

Congrats Man, In Process date means on the initial review your file is approved for further processing. i.e. prima facie you are given atleast 67 points and next stage will depend upon satisfaction of the VO regarding documents and information currently on hand. If sufficient, VO will directly issue MR, otherwise may ask for additional documents/information. |

"BCrime Pending; updated PCC for PA and CPIC required for spouce;
Please issue meds x 2 and reques:
Indian PCC's x 1 for PA
RPRF x 2
PPT x 2 after all other requirements met."
This is for ND VO but we have already done with medicals from Buffalo office and waiting for Passport request so we are planning to withdraw application from ND VO if we have got the passport request.
I suggest all the NDVO applicants to update the funds, PCC and also RPRF so that they will sent the medicals and passport request by May which will speed the process.

You are right.
But we are pre june candidates. Normally it takes 1 month to issue medicals after in process, for us it is more than 2 months.
I do not feel very optimistic about getting visa too. The risk always exists, but we should be positive....As the backlog cases are being returned, I hope we may see changes now. Let's hope for the best. |
