Your post covering information in regard to CAIPS NOTES is excellent.
I really appreciate the spade work initiated by u.I think,all those who are "IN PROCESS" stage should excercise his/her option for the procurement of CAIPS NOTES in order to know the exact fate the relative PR application,as of now.This will facilitate the next course of action,should it really require at the present stage of one's application.
CAN u please share ur CAIPS NOTES,if u find it convinient,so as to apprise the forum members of some idea wrt STEPS TAKEN by VO WHILE PROCESSING THE PR APPICATION.

I have applied for them today.
I wanted to do the same earlier, but had to update my documents.

Nano, through whom did you apply for CAIPS? Is it not unsecured to apply through an online agency? You will have to reveal your file number and DoB and also, CAIPS will be released to them and the agency will convert that into a PDF for you. How can we verify the authenticity of the agency?

My husband who is in Canada on a student visa since last 2 years ordered caipsfile today. I read the procedure to order on a thread(link below). You can do the same if you have a friend/family member there or via some senior forum members who are already there(if you trust them). Yes, you can. Just attach a copy of your WP with the application that will serve an evidence of your legal stay in canada and also a recent Utility bill or recent pay slip that will suffice as an evidence for physical stay. Mitali |

Agree with SC. There won't be any changes in ecas status once you are in process. BTW the mail is sent by registered post and request for updated documents in email/registered post. for those whoz having inprocess with date now no status change will be there,we will be simply getting MR OR OTHER REQUEST IF ANY THROUGH COURIER...till that time no change in ECAS
