Hi I am a Pre June apllicant with NOC 4131. I have a query - I got in process date of 21 March, 2012 and it also says that they sent a letter to (address- my consultant) when we did not get any. My consultants say that they had even put a query at NDVO and got the reply that its a error and though the application has been pit in process there has been no letter sent.
Is there anyone with a similar status here.
What does a letter normally sent with the in process status mean. Is it just a confirmation of in process or more than that?

if it was a rejection, you would have got a letter long back.
you never applied for caips? guess selection decision should have been done in your case.

Well my ex-boss informed me that he received a verificaiton call some 15 days back....  The Visa officer asked only 3 to 4 questions. Now I don't know whether the call was for visitor visa or PR. Note: I have not submitted my bosses visiting card for my visitor applicaiton.. |

Are you sure he has mentioned the exact dates? Or maybe he is just saying roughly 15-20 days back.... and actually it might have been about 2-3 months back when they called him. What did they ask him? I don't think for visitor visa, they would need to call your EX-boss. Well my ex-boss informed me that he received a verificaiton call some 15 days back.... Nope. He did not mentioned any dates, just an estimate(Now this matches with my Visitor visa verificaiton call at on 5/6/12). Secondly I have not provided any job duties letter or visiting cards of my bosses for visitor visa. In my case I have worked in same group for 8 years, so technically my ex-boss is still my senior though in a diff department. Are you sure he has mentioned the exact dates?
