any lebanese people who filled out the Suppl. info section about travel history and Military service etc, Where it says NOte: ALL immigrants must show military exemption or completion cards`....WHERE DO WE GET THIS FROm...my husband was studying abroad and did NOT serve in army!!! I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO PLZ HELP.......I NEED TO SEND APPLOCATION ASAPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

I think you can always attach an explanation for them.
Anyway the Damascus thread will help you too, because as a Lebanese the visa office would be Damascus, and we have Lebanese citizens in that thread who are sponsoring/being sponsored.

Are you experiencing delays in processing due to situation in Syria! I am choosing BEirut office to process, do u think they would still have to send it to syria´´´´´´

I think the Beirut office is just for the last step and you choose where you want to pick up your visa, not sure tho!
Because of the situation in Syria, recently files are being transferred to Ottawa instead of Damascus after the Mississauga approval stage. Other than that I thing everything else is the same. Join the other thread, there's so many helpful and informative members there
