Hi,
I am going to apply for my PR which includes my spouse as well. I am on post graduation work permit and wife is on a open work permit under my permit. I would like to know whether it is required to provide employment verification letter for my wife as well or not. She worked part time and will not count towards my points. Also she went to school and did not finish it do i need to provide her transcript as well.
Any advice will be highly appreciated.
Thanks

I guess you are sending your application to Buffalo. Check the checklist for Buffalo applicants:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37048.pdf

From this you will get some idea, what documents of your spouse needs to be submitted. I guess you have to submit her education certificate/transcripts. For the job verification letter I am not sure.

Just my input in your query other members may input more.

Thank you.
