yung asawa mo nakapasa para mag sponsor sau kaya decision made yun sa kanya....yung sa permanent residency mo hindi ka pa decision made....check mo lang lagi ecas mo....pray and patience darating din.....

you have to wait for the second DM... right now it says application receive, right? wait for the DM.. when it says DM (on your side) then you'll have your VISA already....

where did you have your medical examination? did you get something after you did your medical (papers in an envelop)? did you submit that one with your application?

i made my medecal nationwide health system  makati.. yes they give me copy 2 imm1017 but im not attached that my application bec im got my medecal after we send the cic when immigration call we have no medecal im go my medecal dec8,2010 at makati then my imm1017 not accepted to canada forward it to manila embaSSY SO I CALL AGENT PICK UP MY IMM1017 BY AIR21 send to canadian embassy adtional doc-spousal visa then put my name then office makati for my medecal forwarded already dec 28,2010 my medecal result to canada embassy im worried why immigration call me that they not receive my medecal they ask me 3 times when where im do my medical then i ans, then they call few days

basically that's the reason why they asked for your medical.. coz you were suppose to send the IMM1017 together with your application...

did you put your file number when you submitted your IMM1017 to CEM?

no im not put my file number because on that time we not yet recevived any latter agent give me instruction just put my name, visa section family class, adtional documents spousal.. on envelop adress to canadian embassy

one last question... did you receive a letter from CEM requesting you to have your medical examination? or you had your medical before they requested you?

of course canada will not accept your IMM1017 na kasi DM na asawa mo... so your papers i-foforward na dito sa pinas....

it could have been better kung inantay mo request nila for medical para nasend mo ung copy nong letter together with the IMM1017... that's what friend did....

anyway, instructions naman ng agent na nakausap niyo na ilagay lang pangalan mo... ok na un! sa knila na un....

just want everybody know na tumawag sa akin ang embassy and ..kaya pala sina napatawag dahil... wla daw yung passport id ko.. kailangan daw nila kasi ipapadala na raw nila ang visa ko.. yehey!

hi rovi, wala pa rin po. kahit DM wala pa rin. ok lang kaya email ko manila embassy and ask them what's happening? i'm so frustrated na talaga. everyday na lang ako nagchecheck ng ecas and same as same pa rin. konti na lang kami sa december batch na nagaantay. yun mga january batch nga marami na nakakuha..bakit naman ganun???
goodluck sa interview. for sure sabay na ibibigay visa mo after ng mainterview!

          same feeling here........but lots who said if we follow up the cem they said it will slow down our application specially we are still on a normal timeframe.............pero i really like to ask Mp"s help for my case also but still im in doubt kung gawin ko o hindi......ano kaya we will try our MP? who knows they might help but mostly will say no bec. of the timeframe.........so sad here

is that so? bakit naman nila papatagalin lalo. eh kung ganun ang gagawin nila then they are not being considerate at all. wala naman kinalaman siguro yun sa processing. unless yun V.O will take it against you, which is i think not right. siguro kung mageemail man tayo it's not about knowing the status kasi diba nga sabi sa cic website they don't answer questions regarding status. siguro kung ako mageemail, ask ko lang kung nareceive ba nila additional documents ko kasi i don't get any updates in any means. kahit ecas wala. if they will answer then so many thanks to them but if not i hope they could make a little more faster then. kung pwede lang magsend ng message like a prayer or my personal feelings i will..para atleast they know kahit papaano na we're really having hard time waiting..but i hope they knew it! sana..

Salamat sis.. hopefully kayu rin.. nabasa ko sa ibang forum na 98% daw ai talagang bibigyan ng visa ang  spouse..  so malaki talaga ang chance... i know talaga how u feel .. pero malampasan mo yan.. keeep on praying and ask god guidance..

anyway yes super happy talaga ako.. yung tumawag sa akin ky babae.. tapos sabi nya.. mam gusto ko lang po sanang hingin ulit yung passport size id pictures ko kasi raw, nawala..  tapos saabi rin nya.. my visa has been issued daw.. kailan daw nila ang pictures para e -fwd na daw nila.. para akong nanalo sa lotto! hahaha

Tapos sabi nya.. mam, ano po ba gusto courier nyo kasi nga raw super dami daw nang papers namin.. sabi nya if DHL daw baka mahal daw ang babayaran.. so sabi ko sa kanya.. yung pictures..and importants nalang ang e-eesend sa akin kasi nga.. sana makukuha na nila yung id pictures ko bukas... KASi plan ng hubby ko umuwi dito end of May tapos  by first week  JUne toronto na..
