no pag sinabing "WE STARTED PROCESSING YOUR APPLICATION ON APRIL 21, 2011" meaning nag sisimula pa lang ung pag process ng application nung april 21 2011,

pag sinabing "A decision has been made  ..." 2 beses to
pag sa sponsor na DM depende pwedeng approved pwedeng refused pero madalas naman lahat ng sponsor naapproved eh
kapag asa last stage ka na ng DM meaning eh APPROVED na KAPAG walang interview

wala na re-refused kapag hindi dumaan sa interview.

Hi bdo32! i'm back.. yes i already updated your timeline.. thanks for the info..yeah, its really hard to wait, but it's gonna be worth it after a while..just keep on praying. about your medical result, when did the immigration ask for it? kasi you said your doctor submitted it wayback december so probably they already have received it, unless they just called you few days ago.

oh it has been a long time ago then..probably something went wrong on the delivery of your medical. maybe you can call them and ask if they have still not received it and ask your doctor again and if they could check on the receipt of the delivery for tracking.

very impossible they not received my medical result... bec when i call office at makati when i do my medecal they say forward aready... immigration send me email wait 28days but very long.. you think im need to call agent follow up.. myi mm1017 i send agent pick at the house

YEs i was worried, kasi nung kasabay ko sa CFO seminar, which is nan dun  na sa montreal sabi nya it can be rejected or approve.. sabi ko nga sa kanya na.. parang hindi naman right yun kasi the consul should call us if there is something wrong! If DM na  meaning everything is okey na.. pero she still insist.. and later on she asked me if i had an interview.. sabi ko sa kanya.wla.. den sabi sya.. ahh okey its visa now...sabi ko sa kanya i dont find any reason why we will be failed.. after almost 6 years we deserve to be together.. Sana maka Visa na ako  this week..

yeah, it's been a long time for it not to be received yet. if they were saying that they have sent it dec28 and they have not yet received it then probably something went wrong on the delivery i guess. so if you wanna make sure you can call them and inform them that it was already sent on the said date. and from there you'll know what would gonna be your next step.

i think all the application will be forwarded to manila kung nasa pinas ka..for complete application normally it takes approximately 3-4 months and if there's an additional requirements it will be approximately 5-6 months. thats based on previous applicants timeline. your timeline says that your application was received on jan 25 so basically that's the date when your application was received by manila office. i believe malapit na dating ng visa mo. almost same tayo ng filing of application..hopefully this week sana meron na..haist!
