hi guys...here my timeline of my husband feb.3,2011 -sent application feb.7,2011-receive letter for medical April 8,2011-i receive a letter for CIC April 31,2011-send the documents to CIC june 29,2011-i receive the letter for approval August 7,2011-my husband send another documents and passport Sept.11,2011-manila visa request another documents Sept.13,2011-send the request documents.. NOW WERE STILL WAITING FOR VISA.....  |

Hello everyone...i was just landed last sept 22 here in Montreal Canada.still adjusting pa din dahil
malamig n talaga dito.sa mga paalis na pwede sa Toronto mag land wlang hassle mdali lng tlga na
clear ako sa immigration for only 10 mins.hndi busy.sa mga naghihintay be patient lang po lahat tyo
dito ang punta,tiyaga lng po at prayer.goodluck to everyone..god bless..

Based from your timeline, nauna ka lang sa akin ng 1 month... pero overall.. same lang status natin.. application and medical results received pa rin sa ecas.
Have you tried ordering GCMS notes? para makita mo kung anu yung last update ng VO or kung may na miss kayong letter from CEM?

I see. When did they requested for additional docs? did you send it right away?
Hi! They requested for my CENOMAR and additional proof of common law partnership e.g. joint accounts, etc. We sent it right away within the 45 day deadline. |

By the way, Happy Thanksgiving Canada!!! The 45th day deadline is on Oct 14th. no word/update yet. same status pa din sa ecas. actually, expired na medicals namin nung sept 1, so we are waiting if we need to re-take our medicals (sana hindi na) |

Thanks. We will ask about that para naman may update. September last year kasi ako nagpamedical and until now we dont know if kailangan ulit ng medical.... Waiting pa if may update since we submitted the additional documents. |

Tthe 45 days is the deadline within which you have to submit the docs, not a deadline for them to act. If your medicals have expired, that is a good reason for you to call or e-mail CEM, because the expiration of the medical is incidentally also the expiration of the visa to be issued. I think you cannot just walk-in to the clinic for renewal because they need the embassy referral letter and passport. |

Thanks nester. at this point we cannot contact CEM directly. We need to course it thru our representative and since we just submitted additional docs we are waiting for a reply from CEM. Hopefully we get the referral letter soon if needed. |

hi guys, im from cebu city, ive been reading this furum since last month,so i thought of sharing my timeline too.. im married to a canadian last march 2011..sabi nga nung iba nakakainis pag hintay ng hintay, kasi gusto mo na makapiling mahal mo sa buhay.. thats what ive felt too...pero we have nothing to do except to wait. just be positive in everything...
and this is my timeline:
june 27,2011- sent application
june 28,2011- received application at missisauga ontario
aug. 16,2011- dm to sponsor
Aug.23,2011- application recv. and medical received too at CEM
sept.10,2011- received letter from CEM, Request for App.A and PPR
Sept.11,2011- AAF and PPR sent to CEM thru LBC
till now waiting for next result.. sana DM and visa na...
