hello po maam nice2010..

ang asawa ko po is canadian citizen na po doon matagal na. then we got married last year march 2010. tapos po ang aswa ko nag process ng papers namin from doon nag hire po kami ng consultant doon para po ma guide siya ng tama. so far po completo naman po lahat ng requirements namin at naka pasa po siya doon sa interview niya. saka po nalipat na sa manila ang mga documents at ng e check ang ecas ay in process na noong july 2010. ang passport pala na pinasa ko is photocopy ng green passport ko po, hindi ko napasa ang original dahil po pinaprocess ko ang red passport dahil po mag eexpire na rin yong passport ko last year.

last week ko lang po nakita ang decision made. wala po akong natatanggap na mga pinadala ng manila embassy sa akin sa simula pa lang. tinanong ko po yong consultant ko kung bakit, eh ang sabi naman po eh lahat naman daw kasi ng requirements na hiningi sa amin ay na pasa namin. kaya wait na lang daw po ako at tatawagan or papadalhan daw ako ng sulat ng embassy sa interview kung einterviewin ako or para ipasa na lang ang passport ko for the visa. kaya po nag ang ginawa namin is nag wait lang talaga. tumawag at nag email na nga consultant namin after ng 8 months ang papers namin ang rply daw eh ang papers ay still in Que pa daw hintay lang daw ako dahil cocontact lang ang embassy sa akin.

ask niyo na lang po ako kung ano tanong niyo po kung sakali po hindi malinaw pa sa inyo ito. anyway po, really appreciated po itong ginagawa niyo sa aking tulong po. kaya maraming salamat po talaga.. pwede rin po mag email po kayo sa akin darlene_gamalo2000 @ yahoo.com

  im a little bit confused sa sitwasyon mo eto muna ang tanung ko? sabi mo inland? at bakit si hubby mo ang ini interview at saan ka ngayon sa canada? then yung consultant nyo representative ba yon na inilagay nyo sa application nyo or you just pay him to review sa application nyo? kasi pag representative siya lahat nang letters from embassy siya ang maka receive at baka hindi kayo na inform .at may na receive ba kayung AOR? asking for another docs? iba ang sitwasyon mo bakit nag DM na at nandiyan pa yung original passport mo? im worried sa result? so may decision kana as of now hintayin muna lang ang letter kung ano yun who knows visa yun dont stop praying let the miracle happen to you now....ang nasa isip ko baka lahat nang info na received sa representative at hindi kayo na inform,hindi lang ba kayo nag order nang caips?  THE BEST WAY TO HELP YOU RIGHT NOW IS ASK HELP FROM YOUR MP,SABIHIN MO SA HUBBY MO TAWAGAN ANG MP AT MAGTANUNG YUN KUNG ANONG SITWASYON SA PAPERS MO NGAYON

Hello po ate makikisali Lang sabi niyo po inland application niyo ?
Asan po ba kayo nung pinaprocess yung application niyo?
Asa canada or nasa pilipinas?

Kasi po pag inland, dapat yung sponsor and sponsored person ay nasa Canada pareho..
Yung apps niyo po ay isesend sa vegreville Alberta

kapag Outland naman po ay sa mississauga Ontario .. San niyo pinass yung application niyo?

Hmm.. Tinransfer pala sa Manila ang apps niyo .. So Hindi siya inland? Nakakapagtaka Lang kasi Hindi ka nakareceive ng kahit anong email, tawag, or letter man Lang from embassy

Relax darlene....everything will be fine.

Wala akong nakikitang dahilan para madeny ka. Citizen ang husband mo at di naman nila gagawin na paghiwalayin kayo. Yung DM ay sa sponsor yun. Tell your husband to send you copy of the application forms and letters na natanggap niya. Sa application pa lang makikita mo kung may appointed representative kayo. Kung meron, communicate with the representative muna.Ask for a copy of the application and your file number

Kung wala, tell your husband to follow it up there. kailangan mo ng reference/file number para makapagfollow-up ka sa CEM (manila embassy).

Meron at meron kang matatanggap from CEM na letter kung under process na ang papers mo. I think the representative cannot sign for you your application/annexes. Kaya hindi pwedeng hindi ipadala ng representative mo sayo kung meron man dahil sagutin nila yon.

In the extreme case na may denial, pwede iappeal ng husband mo yan dahil citizen sya. The worst case scenario e iparefile ang application. I really cannot imagine that immigration will break your marriage dahil nandun sya, ikaw nandito.

Kung hawak mo na ang mga files, go to the embassy. Meron dung form "Enquiry Form for Application in Process". Fill it up and attach the xerox copy of your new passport. Sasagot sila either by e-mail or by post office, and insturct you what to do.

hi sis darlene..check mo mabuti sa ecas mo kung ung nakita mong decision made is sa side ng asawa mo..or yung sa iyo.. kasi dalawang stages yan.iba ung update ng first stage at second stage..check mo mabuti..kasi parang impossible na iDM nila ung second stage without u submitting the original passport eh..  wala lang..naisip ko lang..double check mo lang since medyo confusing yung case mo:)

Ask qo lang kc nung send sila sken request 4 passport kasama ung appendix a..nkalagay dun address where to deliver passport nilagay qo address qo sa tarlac since yun din address qo sa passport..but i stay here most of the time in manila because of work..pwede qo kaya sila i email na sa office nalang sya isend since thats where i put my mailing address before...tagal kc bago receive letter almost 2 weeks after they sent me request 4 passport and nakalagay don urgent bagal kase pag regular mail buti nalang lahat ready na when they ask 4 it and send qo agad...

Ask qo lang kc nung send sila sken request 4 passport kasama ung appendix a..nkalagay dun address where to deliver passport nilagay qo address qo sa tarlac since yun din address qo sa passport..but i stay here most of the time in manila because of work..pwede qo kaya sila i email na sa office nalang sya isend since thats where i put my mailing address before...tagal kc bago receive letter almost 2 weeks after they sent me request 4 passport and nakalagay don urgent bagal kase pag regular mail buti nalang lahat ready na when they ask 4 it and send qo agad...

hi everyone! I received an email from the embassy today. They scheduled me for an interview on October 6. Is there anyone familiar with the interview process? Please help. Thank you po.

Hi sis!.. ...Under ka pla sa March..I was wondering bat ang tagal nang sched ng interview mo..meron kasi tayong dalawang forumer dito na na-interview din nung June..and fortunately they got their visas now...Base sa sinabi nila, tinanong lng nman daw sila ng mga infos about their relationship sa mga sponsor nila..parang nakikipag kwentuhan lng kumbaga..but before that syempre nireview nila ulit ang mga sagot nila dun sa forms na sinubmit nila...the good thing about interview sis is right after the interview malalaman mo na agad ang decision nila..then visa will follow given wala na silang ibang hihingin sayo..so relax ka lng sis.. though nakakakaba but im sure youll get thru with that..hope it helps! happy waiting

Hi sideangel85 ! Yes, March batch po ako. I just dont know bakit ang tagal ng feedback ng VO.I thought nga wla na akong interview sa sobrang tagal ng feedback after passport request.  Then when i got the email, i was a bit disappointed na i need an interview and the sched for interview is Oct pa.If only i couild have an early interview, it would be best. But after saying a prayer, i realized that God is under control. He is sovereign and He knows the deepest desire of our hearts. So im ok now. I was also able to get in touch with ssetmike as well and she gave me some tips kasi nag interview di sya noon. This forum has helped me a lot. Salamat sa lahat!
