hi pop princess ask ko sana kung sinabay mo ba ung payment mo sa processing fee o hinintay mong irequest nila?? ilang weeks bago nareceive ng CEM ung paymentnyo? kasi magbabayad palang kami..sabi nila ma slow down daw und processing kaya worried ako..thanks |

Bayaran nyo na.. wag nyo ng hintayin na mag request ng RPRF payment ang CPC-M. Kami late namin binayaran... delayed ng 1 month yung approval.
pero nung tumawag ako sa CIC sbi nila intayin na lng daw na irequest ung RPRF.  waaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! what to do?! |

RPRF or Rights of Permanent Residence Fee is previously called "landing fee". Same lang yun. 490$ CAD.
hi raniloc.. if nagrequest na sila for RPRF wala na kaya akong interview nun???posible ba un??? kasi may nareceive ako letter requesting for RPRF nung july 12 pero kakapasa ko lang ng PP,AAF nung july 15.. sabi naman nila once they ask for RPRF parang approved na?? |

March 4, 2011 sent application to CIC-M
March 31, 2011 they start processing my papers.
May 10, 2011 sent all the docs. (AAF,PP,BC,MC, AOR and NBI)
June, 1, 2011 Paid the RPRF.
June 14, 2011 received AOR of RPRF.

Just wanna inform you guys that my MP's secretary called me today and she said that the CEM emailed her just today. Yung first screening ng application ng BF ko has been completed. Regarding his medical na mag-eexpire na sa July 28, magpapadala daw sila ng another medical request. Another review nanaman ulit ang gagawin ng ibang visa officer. Since conjugal relationship ang in-apply namin, mahigpit daw sa ganun. Pray for us, ang hirap ng matagal na naghihintay. November 2010 batch pa yung bf ko. If there are anymore updates regarding my bf's application, I will update you guys again...

Hello sis annerhy! Hindi po namin isinabay ang RPRF eh. Hinintay po namin ang letter of request muna. Kaya po nag inprocess yung ecas ko. After 3 weeks po na notify naman agad ang CEM about our payment and after 6 days na DM na po ang ecas ko. So mga 4 weeks lang po pag hindi nakabayad ng RPRF. Buti nalang hindi inabot ng 2 months pa.  |

Hi annerhy at pop halos magwa-1 and a half month na passport ko sa CEM pero wala changes eCAS, after application received, nag-Medical result received lang then di na gumalaw...sana nga magulat na lang tayo DM at VISA na pala...actually my husband and I still waiting for CIC-M request to pay RPRF, pero di ako makapag-antay so what I did is...nag-order ako payment form sa CIC-M in behalf of my husband...so my husband just called up a couple of minutes ago and he said he got the payment form and he will pay the RPRF even without the request...I'd take the advise of other members here....kasi nagko-cause ng delay kung aantayin pa yung request nila to pay RPRF, so at least now less time if ever they made the decision wala na ako aantayin another days..weeks...month/s...nakaka-stress kasi talaga mag-antay noh! haaaayyyyy....goodluck sa ating lahat...Happy waiting! but I sense may good news itong week na ito para sa atin...God bless to all! |

There is a 95% chance approve ka na nyan.. kasi base sa last page ng IMM3000 - Sponsorship of a spouse, common-law partner, conjugal partner or dependent child living outside Canada (Part 1 - The Sponsor's Guide) may application process flow chart doon 2nd to the last yung RPRF payment before VISA issuance. It means pumasa ka na sa assessment ng CEM at hinihingan ka na lang ng RPRF payment to conclude the VISA issuance. Try mong basahin yung last page ng IMM3000.. so be happy... almost done ka na... hehehe  |

It's been 6 weeks and 2 days now since I submitted my passport and other docs but no updates until now... haaaaaaayyyyyyy.....I know it's not that long compare with others patiently waiting for their VISA but Lord please give us all here strength and extend our patience...we keep holding our Faith...please hear our prayers and grant us all what we deserve to receive.

Have you tried calling DHL if they have your name in their database for delivery?

I am from the province and received mails through those couriers a day after the document was sent. Maybe they did not send your visa yet. Maybe they stamped visas by batches.  |
