july 6 : dm sponsor approved
now i have to wait till CEM receive my application......

@ TigerLilly or anybody who could help in this matter. This has to do with my medical na expired noong May 31. Sa aking Ecas, this is what it says: Decision Made (Decision has been made at this point). Medical Resluts by CIC , Approval Status Determined, Permanent Status Determined... does it mean na DM na? noong May pa to. My timeline: Application filed: Feb. 08/2011 Sponsor DM: Feb. 09/2011 Rcvd CEM Feb. 21/2011 PPR/add docs Mar 01/2011 (add docs, Spanish police cert, baptismal cert, elementary n hi-sch records add docs sent/PPR May 02/2011 Until now wala pang balita, add docs/PPR was submitted before the Medical expired.. just wonder if do I need to re-do my Medical... During my time na wait ng visa to be released,it only took them 30 business days to send it out.....but I was under a worker's permit so iba ang process ko. Have you tried emailing them? I also see no harm in calling CIC....just be polite  . Yung iba kasi pag tumawag for an update,parang galit magtanong lol. |

Yan lagi naman sinasabi nila...na pag LAGI ka daw tawag or hingi ng update,mas madedelay. Ask ka lang naman kung narecieve na nila mga forwarded documents mo. Ano masama dun? Siguro kung weekly ka update,yun baka nga hehehe. Yun kasing mga nadedelay eh....baka naman parang sino kung magtanong. In my experience,mas napadali ang processing ng papers ng son by asking for updates.
I suggest you contact CEM,kasi I'm sure ang sasabihin ng CIC here is nasa CEM na lahat ng decision. Do not ask them for updates....ask them about those documents you just told us. Na-expired na medical mo and your just concerned that you haven't received any mails/emails from them regarding this matter. |

If you could wait for 30 days and afford 5$; CAIPS notes will help inform you what has happened so far.
I had the same problem. six months in, I got worried and ordered CAIPS notes. To find out that one mail from the embassy did not arrive asking me for various documents. Five months after the missed letter, I sent them in. In the same CAIPS notes, the documents I have sent and payments I have made is reflected there too.
I advise you to do the same.

mgtatanung lng po,, kailangan po ba tamang tama ang nkalagay na mailing address sa Ecas? medyo may kulang kasi ung sakin eh,, pero nasa appendix A aman po ung dpat na address for delivery ng visa db?? tska dumating aman sakin ung ppr ko kaya d ko nire2quest na baguhin khit may kulang dun sa addrss ko sa ecas,, ako po ay hindi lng mapanatag,,hehe tnx,,  |
