Hi May Ann,
The sponsorship process will take longer if the one being sponsored is already inside the country, around double the length of time compared to the process involved when sponsoring someone who is outside of Canada. If i may ask you are you, are in in the phils now?
 Below is my timeline. and i am currently waiting for my visa.

January15 pa yung DM nya nka date... worried na ako, kasi yung ibang forumers, may ntanggap na update na within 2 weeks time. Yung email nya kasi, parang receipt na rin...haaayz, after that email, kala nmin tuloy2...

hi kryng mukang hindi online si sideangel, pagtyagaan mo muna tong sagot ko.. hehe.. iba pa po yung e-cas mo ang ng husband mo, eto po yung site https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?app=ecas if you're going to use your husband's ecas then use his infos, like his PR number Citizenshp # or receipt # then his surname, birthdate and place of birth, kung yung sayo naman ang bubuksan mo, you're going to use your file number and client ID which are both issued in your PPR letter..  try mo na sis!

GOODMORNING  everyone...today try ko update ecas using my husband file number and it shows application of permanent resident received march 29, 2011 and medical result received,,,UNG E-CAS ko ata ang di na update...i once tried kasi ung ecas ng hubby ko then di nagwork..then ngaun ko lang ulit trinay...Goodnews for me atleast i know received naman pla ng CEM medical result...
More updates sana sa e-cas..goodluck sa atin..

WHO DOES NOT NEED TRAVEL CLEARANCE?

    All minors other than those cited above, for example:
    A minor traveling to a foreign country with either parent or with his or her solo parent or legal guardian;
    A minor traveling abroad whose parents are in the Foreign Service or living abroad or are immigrants, provided he/she is holding a valid pass such as a dependents visa/pass/identification card or permanent resident visa/pass/identification card which serves as proof that he/she is living with parents abroad and their travel does not constitute child trafficking.

Sino po ba sa inyo ang may representative? How many days po ba na send sa cpc missasauga ang application papers after na rec'd sa representative nyo?

dapat tanong mo sa representative kung napadala na nila sa cpc mississauga..tapos pag nabadala na nila usually mga 1 month malalaman kung approve yung mag ssponsor sau
