Hi! i had the same requirements din... un ung mga usual requirements for late registered birth cert...

1) you can get the true copy of your permanent records sa school kung saan ka ng-graduate... un ung grades na nakuha mo from grade one to 4th year HS.

2. for voter's ID makukuha mo un sa comelec... but sa case ko i submitted voter's cert instead kasi i've been told it would take 2-3 months before they release it (goverment thing)... i included a letter nalang when i submitted the requirements why i can't submit voter's ID....

Oh mybe late registered si wifey, were about to email CEM for the permanent records thing. Kahit saan comelec office ba? Kasi sa province registered si wifey eh. thanks

Hi! I need help.someone who submitted appendix a here.because i got the appendix a form. How do i fill it up?so I write my info under the applicant. Do i write my spouse info too? She is the sponsor. The form says whether accompanying or not and each should fill up his/ her own form. Is it applicable to me? Or do i just write the applicants info? Since my wife is the sponsor.

When they sent you the AOR/PPR mail ...... did they include your middle name in the address? Our home address has no street number (province), so mailman and neighborhood knows each other by our last names (which is my middle name now) ... So mailman will have a hard time searching for me

Is it with email too? Or just the conventional mail?

from the date of sponsorship approval, what i know is it is the same date they will send it in manila for processing.. in two or three weeks expect your PPR to arrive. mine was received in CEM on april 12th and my PPR was dated april 27th, but it arrived may 6th since i'm in laguna.. and it will arrive via snail mail, i didn't see anyone in the forum who had the PPR via email. hope it helps!

Hi TIN1586.. I saw your timeline. My case is the same as yours. I also paid the RPRF after I received the mail notification from CPC-M.
Based on your timeline, you paid the RPRF March 16 and CPC-M notified CEM of the RPRF payment April 19, 2011.  That is 4 weeks.. not 2 months waiting time after RPRF payment.   

Mine I paid the RPRF JUNE 12 and CPC-M received the payment JUNE 15, 2011 (vial DHL).  Sana 1 month lang din yung waiting time to notify CEM by CPC-M.
Also, to expedite the process... I also sent a copy of the RPRF payment to CEM to inform them that I paid already although I know they will not process it until CPC-M confirm the payment notification.

Hi!..either of the addresses are ok.. but i prefer the one with basement 4 nd not the p.o box.., private couriers wont accept p.o box addresses...i use LBC, have tried it many times.and their service is good ..

Hi! Pag idrop box ko ba passport ko tomorrow morning which is friday. May kukuha p s dropbox? Or monday n nila mkukuha? Pag ntanggap b nila, are they gonna inform me kung nkuha nila passport ko? Tnx!

I dont know kung kelan ang sched ng pick up sa drop box nila..pero sa isang address na hindi drop box eh may tatanggap tlga ng passport mo..thats the difference lng po..and hindi po nila icoconfirm na natanggap na nila ang passport..
