youre welcome girl. is that regarding your passport? not necessarily but if you want to change it to your husband's lastname then you need to get a marriage cert from NSO, which is a requirement for change of name on passport.

sori po ha, makulit lang..hmm..wala ba kau naencounter na scenarios na pinaupdate ng canadian embassy ung passport nila kahit na ndi pa expired para mgamit last name ng spouse nila? kasi 3 months po ngaun bgo marelease passport eh. dats why i asked kng necessary..I just badly miss my husband.. Sad
