sidesingle85 how about the form what im need to download marami kc dito pagpilian ie
sis bdo,wag ka nang mag download ng form. pag punta mo dun sa counter kung san ka magbabayad ng 200 pesos dun ka nila bibigyan ng form..mas updated yung form nila sis compare sa form na nasa online...mabilis lng nman ang processing dun kung maaga ka..dalawa lng kmi ni sis kat nung nag seminar kami. |

Sis, dun kami pumunta sa PRISM sa may Taft, 2nd floor ng BDO..you just have to go there as early as 7am and hindi mo na kailangan ng appointment.. |

Hi sis...halos parehas tayo date CEM received application May 11 lang ako...but until now wala kahit in Process ...application received at medical result received lang ...nawala address ko ng July 1 tapos bumalik ng July 22...haaaayyyyy....sana DM na next... |

sis ganito yan, first in the morning...like 7am, punta ka sa PRism Taft eto yung link, dito ka unang pumunta: http://www.cfo.gov.ph/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=1397:location-of-prism-office&catid=124:location-of-cfo-offices
if pupunta ka jan nang time na sinabi ko, matatapos ka around 12:45pm,dapat bago ka umalis bitbit mo nang yung Green certificate na ibibigay dun after the seminar..magbabayad ka pala dun ng 200 pesos upon registration, then magbabayad ka rin ng 150 para sa canada manual na photocopy..so tapos ka na jan... after that saka ka pa pupunta sa Citigold for the issuance of sticker...ok na ba yun sis?...and oo nga pla, magbabayad ka dun ng 400 ata un..im not sure kasi hindi pa nman ako nakakapunta sa citigold na un.
