hi everyone! my husband petitioned me as a common law spouse. i already received a letter from Canadian embassy (manila) requesting for my passport, marriage certificate, and marriage advisory dated June 20, 2011. The letter states that i need to pass all the necessary requirements within 45 days basing on the date of letter, which is June 20, 2011 i have a couple of questions here, 1. is marriage advisory same with CENOMAR? if not where can i get it? 2. we are planning to go Hongkong this July 22-24, 2011, is it just ok if i will go to Hongkong, as well? do you think this will delay the processing of papers in any way? thanks so much!!!! hope everone of us will be with our love ones very soon!!! GOD bless us all!!!  |

Naku wag nmn sana..ulanin n sana ng Dm...hay Can't wait....so far wala namang additional requirement na hiningi sis..sau ba?
Good kung wala sila ask addt'l requirements...ako medyo madami but just the common docs usually...BC,AOM,NBI,Passport, Relationship history with my husband and the biological father of my son and the personal history...most of the docs naman na-isubmit ko pero siguro nag-expire na yung iba like BC and NBI kaya they request another copy, sa personal history naman incomplete yung details kaya hingi ulit sila ng details. Let us pray, sana tayo na next DM at VISA...God bless us all.   |

Hmmmm atleast sis eh nai-submit..let's just hope and wait for the DECISION MADE... sana na lang it will not take any longer...pansin ko kasi ung sa february and march timeline sabay sabay na update ung e-cas from medical result received... GOD bless us all!!! @ lovelex 1. oo iisa lang yung cenomar saka advisory of marriage kung kasal ka advisory og marriage ang lalabas sa nso 2.oo maaaring madelay papers mo pag di mo sinabmit din agad kase 45 days ang binigay sau..kelangan maibigay mo sya before... antayin din natin sagot ng iba...goodday and goodluck po...godbless |

-anu kaya ang pinaka ok na courier d2 sa pinas? dhl /fedex /lbc?
-meron b silang specific na courier na gusto ng embassy?
-ganu kya kabilis nila marereceive yung documents kung ni-send via courier?
salamat tlga!!!  @ lovelex... pinaka ok ata lahat ng sinabe mo pero pinaka ginagamit ng embassy is yung dhl...mga 2 to 3 days marerecieve na nila saka pede mo rin check kung sino nakatanggap keangan hawak mo ung control number ng package mo para lagi mo macheck.... |

sa lbc ako ngpadala ng docs ko to embassy... the following day morning nareceive ng CEM thru their SG.
pina-accomplish din ba saiyo ung appendix A?
musta nmn processing ng papers mo?
kelan ka ngpasa?

pinaka ok ata lahat ng sinabe mo pero pinaka ginagamit ng embassy is yung dhl...mga 2 to 3 days marerecieve na nila saka pede mo rin check kung sino nakatanggap keangan hawak mo ung control number ng package mo para lagi mo macheck....

nasa canada ka na ba?

spousal kami...oo pede talaga bastat kumpleto lahat ng papers saka kase kami 10 years na kaya isa rin siguro sa nagpabilis un...saka depende rin sa sipag ng VO..saka basta napatunayan na geniune walang problema:)...God is always good:) |

bali january na kami rin tapos may nabigyan na ako visa...natagalan lang kase may representative kami dumaan muna pati ung request ng emabssy papunta canada tapos pinadala sa amin ...kaya dun lang natagalan
