nakakaiyak naman.. yeah same feeling here. im no longer checking my ecas since two days ago..it's already my husband who does the checking..parang gusto ko na kasi basagin laptop ko pag nakikita ko yun same result na yun..nakakalungkot talaga. hindi ko maipaliwanag yun sobrang lungkot   you're so near to getting the visa i believe. sana pag nagDM sila maDM na lahat ng naiwan sa nov and dec. para naman kahit papaano kahit hindi man tayo lucky to have it in 4 months atleast mawawala na lahat ng lungkot ng pagaantay. God Bless! yun next na maDDM dito tayo na yun! cheer up!

 @  aginaya- ikaw din.. sure ako magkakasama na kayo ng husband mo.. sana lahat tayo dto lalo na ung decmber at november batch. msakit na tlga sa loob pero tiis lang.. thanks for your PM.. oo tama ka.. pero ang gnawa namin kasi na bilang is from the day of the passport sent.. then pti ung months na napasa namin ung papers.. well if you will think of it 7months na tlaga.. pero parang thousands of years na pra sa akin.. sobrang dami namin namimiss na oras dahil bago p lang naman kami mag asawa.. almost 3yrs plang.. lumaki na ung anak ko ng di kami magkasama.. never saw his smile in the morning and his angelic face in the evening.. laging sa webcam lang.. kaunti pa nga tiis cgro... hirap..!!

           I cant really avoid to compare our timelines sa mga baguhan di ako nag seselos pero nakakainis, one thing is bakit di ma process kaagad tung mga nauunang file kasi baka natambakan na sa mga bagong files so its unfair they said they have BRING FORWARD DATE  but look at ours been 3 to 4 months of waiting after ppr at walang progress.........at di tayo maka pag follow up kasi da more nila e hold yung fle natin so only after 9 months tayo maka follow up and things will run badly kasi yung mga meds. natin ma expire na and the worst thing if the meds will expire we will redo another months of waiting again...........SINO dito naka pag tawag na nang MP pls. share naman kung anung feedback kasi not all MP"s are going to help pero mayron ding mga mababait kaso bago lang ang election

same here.. we're now on the panic mode!   i am wondering if lahat ba ng files nasa computer nila kasi that way dapat nakikita nila yun mga dates ng application and mapapansin naman nila na meron pang natitirang application na nauna so before sila magprocess ulit dapat check din nila yun mga natira pa.. kasi kung nasa mga tables lang nila application, i dont know kung paano nila yun inaayos kasi bakit marami din nagkakawalaang documents na they need to request na naman ulit. thats really so sad..saka bakit naman daw lalo nila pinapatagalan ang process for those who tried contacting them..that's not fair. kung sana meron dito na nagwowork sa loob ng embassy ang makakasagot..hayayay! i dont think kung sino yun mp ng place nun sponsor dun lang ata pwede humingi ng tulong. kasi pag nagpunta sa ibang mp, baka sabihin meron naman mp sa place nyo.

     yes so unfair .ewan kuba paano sila mag work sa mga papers natin..totoo yan maraming nangyari na may missing docs and the bad thing at the last hr. sila humingi ulit .....i understand to those who have kids like me lalo na may teenager na ako so i know long background check pero kayong  walang kids bakit umabot pa nang ganito.  anung initial nang VO mo baka tayong natitira the same ang mga VO natin....yung sa akin is JGD.makikita yun sa letter from embassy

ok, i'll check. anong letter ng embassy? yun sa passport request po ba? san banda makikita? lower part ng letter? meron ako nakikita dito sa baba pero 4 letters naman to. kaya nga eh. sana naman mapabilis na yun satin.

 Im getting my strength with this timeline tingnan nyo walang news for 3 months then asked to pay the rprf then wait for another months.......frustrating but at least may visa in the end



April 2 2009- cpc-missisauga received the resubmit application
April 2 2009- my husband receive letter that the documents has been transferred to manila
May 5 209- manila started my application
May 13 2009- i receive letter from the embassy informed me that they received the application already..together with the letter they also ask about my advisory on marriages, birth certificate, marriage certificate, NBI and passport
May 28 2009- sent the documents thru fedex
May 29 2009- embassy received the documents
june- no news
july- no news
august- no news
september 5 2009- hubby receive a letter for right of payment residence fee letter dated august 31 2009
September 8 2009- hubby paid thru bank of canada
september 8 2009 mailed the receipt to cic-missisauga via fedex
september 9 2009 cic-missisauga receive the rereceipt
september 10 2009- got a copy of receipt from my hubby and mailed it to manila embassy via LBC
september 11 2009- manila embassy received the copy of my receipt..c/o nestor tuballa
october 09, 2009- visa issued stamped on passport
october 12, 2009- Decision Made Medical results received
october 15,2009-Passport with visa stamped at 11:40am

i would just like to ask ... did they ask you to submit birth, marriage, nbi and aom again? or you haven't submitted yet at that time ?

          no they asked for my husband divorce cert. and my x id......the rest i submitted it on my application so tahts why they did not ask me again to submit it.....but diff. vo diff din ang request nila .......you have any problem with those requested documents?

nope, no problem. passed papers just a week ago, so i am new to this .we already passed everything they asked and paid everything .... .. im just asking to get ready just in case hehehhehehe i hope ours will work out fine fingers crossed

    paano ba sila mag background check? bakit ganon ktagal? wla kc ako idea e.

      the longest part of the processing is background check lalo na kapg tumira ka nang ibat ibang places the worst is outside phil. diba kailangan nang police clearance from other country if you stayed longer than 6 months pero pag within sa pinas lang at ibat ibang places din like me...i think 10 places or more than that kami nag transfer plus may teenager ako so include siya sa background check i think ayon siguro naka pagpatagl sa akin but ewan ko sa ibang case......they are using civilian agent to do that if you dont have nothing to hide then walang problema .......PLUS with a caption as  ive said baka natambakan lang ang mga files hehehe ewan ko walang magawa kundi maghintay.

yay!!! the same person nestor tuballa who received my additional requirement that i sent on march 18. just wondering who is that person. i hope he handed my additional requirement with care! its been over 2 months now since i have sent it. whewww! yeah let's not loose hope, we're almost at the finish line! God is great!
