Hello everyone,
today my ecas said Decision Made

Can CHC New Delhi refuse SPOUSE VISA without interview or not?

Please guide!

Yes if they found out that u misrepresented yourself the interview is normally to prove your marriage is real more time than not DM means visa issued again unless u lied and they found out

Does it  mean that they do not conduct interview regarding other things in the case except marriage genuiness?

Yes if they found out that u misrepresented yourself the interview is normally to prove your marriage is real more time than not DM means visa issued again unless u lied and they found out

based on what I have read no because everything else cannot be explained away in an interview whereas doubts in the relationship can say for example you lied about not being on welfare you cant say i made a mistake and they wouldnt call an interview for that as being on welfare makes you ineligible...

there are also security interviews but thats a different topic

I would say there is a good chance a visa has been issued so you are almost at the end
