Spouse Visa Processing time taken by new delhi.

Hi...every one.
I want to know, the time will be taken by Canada HC, new delhi to isuue me a immigration visa? 
After decision made from CIC, Mississagua, Ontario, Canada; the file is forwarded to new delhi on 6th Aug 09 & here file is started processing on 19th Aug 09.
So after how many days i will receive the Passport request & after submitting the passport how long it will take to receive the PP back?
