I was wondering if someone can help me. My hubby has applied for a travel visa to Canada from London and this was submitted 2 months ago and he is still waiting on it. They have definitely recieved the application as had written to us to ask for a copy of marriage certificate which we provided in the 1st week of April. Since then we have sent faxes, emails everything to find out whats happening but no reply has come from them atall. Is there any way we can call up the Canadian Embassy in London? I couldn't find anything on their website other than an automated message line.

Any suggestions or guidance will be of great help. Please let me know what can we do?

Thanks in advance for all your help

Believe he is an Indian national, so needs TRV.  Very unlikely with a Canadian spouse, as they will believe he won't return and it would be difficult to prove ties to the UK.

I'm sure there is an email for you to contact them. Did they not have any means of contact listed on the letter you received from them?
