I am Canadian citizen since 1999 and my wife landed immigrant since year 2003. I moved to Singapore in year 2004 and since then my wife is accompaning with me. Last year her PRC is renewed for another 5 years. Any one can advise me is she eligible for applying citizenship since she is accompanying with me and I am Canadian citizen. During five year my wife delivered two babies and they got citizenship through Canadian Embassy Singapore.

The rules for PR residency requirements are different from the citizenship requirements.  Staying with a Canadian spouse will protect her PR but she will not be able to apply for citizenship unless she physically spends 3 years in Canada over a 4 year period.
