Spouse Sponsorship Within or Outside Canada

Hi everyone,
hope somebody can help me.
I am new here and am confused about my status in Canada and which application go through better.
I came to Canada together with my 6 y.o.child in Nov 2011 and my status here is Visitor (I can stay here 6 months as a Visitor and then have to extend my status in order to stay in Canada for another 6 months). In Jan 2012 I got married with my bf and now we are about to start spouse sponsorship process. So my questions are:
1) Can we send application Within Canada if I am on Visitor status here? I don't have neither Student, nor Temporary Work Visa. I am simply a tourist (visitor).
2) Do I have to pay Right of Permanent Residence Fee for my 6 y.o. child?
3) Do I have to pay Sponsorship Application Fee for my 6 y.o. child as well?
Thanks for all responds in advance

Hi,
I just wanted to know what country you have came from.
If you are here as a visitor you have six months from the date that was stamped as you came throu your port of entry untill you must leave. I take it your new husband is canadian. If so you now have to gather all the documents needed for your spouse sponsorship application. this could take 2-3 months to complete as there is alot of information to get. your son will be included in your application and the cost is $550 for the two of you . if you get your application in before the end of your 6 month visitor status ends then you will be able to stay in Canada. You must make photocopy of your whole application and keep this as your proof incase anyone knocks on your door. If you are coming to the end of your visitor status and you still have not sent in your application you must apply to extend your stay. This costs $150. Once your application has been sent in it will take 12 months for your first stage of approval. you are not allowed to work during this time.
Hope this helps.
