What will happen , is it will continue both.
My sister sponsored her husband and application is in process Singapore Visa office received file July 14,2011 and same time her husband win USA DV lotter 2012 . Does he can go for both or must continue spouse sponsor process or can continue usa dv lottery process same time. If he does continue to process his dv lottery visa, is it will effect on his spouse sponsor process?
Any idea please answer.
