Spouse Sponsor Delayed NEW DELHI

Hello Everyone,

I am sharing my situation with hope if someone have same kind of experience with New Delhi visa office will share their experience.
I sponsored my spouse thru paid representative. Due to dispute I revoked paid representative.
After approval my file received in New Delhi visa office on June 8, 2011. Visa officer scheduled interview on August 31, 2011. In interview VO approved file for further processing. On 3rd Oct. 2011 I received my demand draft back with instruction to pay permanent resident fee in Canada only and I paid fee on 4 Oct. 2011 thru credit card and sent receipt of payment by email and fax.  Now problem is that CHC New Delhi keep sending information about my file to representative even CHC confirmed me revoking. I had written some email to CHC New Delhi about not to share information with 3rd party. That representative calls me every day that he has written to CHC New Delhi about dispute. Will there any impact of dispute with representative on processing of my file? Now time limit of 6 month completed in December 2011. Can someone let me know how long it can take for final decision?

My time line almost matches with yours.  My file also received on June 8, 2011. I also face interview on 31 August. What your status shows now?  Have you got passport with visa?
On 24 Jan, 2012 I received email from CHC in response of my email saying “This Family Class application is currently in the queue for final review. It will be reviewed in accordance with its place in the queue for applicants in this category, based on the application received date."
