I am planning to apply for Skilled Migration under 0213. Planning to apply alone without my wife. I need to know how much time will it take if  I go alone there and then sponsor my wife from Canada?

Why would you want to do that?  As far as I know, there will be no benefits to you, just longer waiting.

To answer your question, the time it takes to sponsor a wife is firstly right now 2 months in Mississauga, see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/canada/process-in.asp#sponsorship (this time has been one month only for a long time, I do not know why it's jumped up now) and after that it depends on the country where you are being processed (country of nationality of your wife or country of her residence), see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/international/05-fc-spouses.asp
