Hi,

I am Canadian Permanent Resident and am about to sponsor my Spouse, who is Hongkong  national. The application requires ''birth certificate''. My spouse got the certificate, but it is in Chinese. Do we need to translate it to English before we send it to Mississauga???

Please help!!!!!
