Question re Spouse release signature requirement.  In the BC PNP application, there is a portion there that a spouse need to sign for release.  What if I have filed for annulment and it is nearing completion, what shall I do?  My wife will surely not agree on signing the form to block my plan on migrating to Canada.  Shall I indicate there that marriage has been annulled even I am awaiting for final documents of marriage nullity.  Please advise.

Thank you,
