Hi,

I am a PR from India residing in Toronto. I have been recently laid off. Can I still sponsor my wife who is in India for PR.

Is job a requirement for sponsorship?? will they reject my application??

Any suggestions ??

You can still sponsor.  You will not be denied for spousal sponsorship because of income.

no it wont sto you to sponsor her spousal sponsorship doesnt nessecitate having a job or good income
