Regardless of the form, they are visiting in Canada, not living with you.  You have to use their home address in whatever country they are coming from, where they ordinarily reside.

The form is "ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION"
The Visa Office Specific Instructions says that Your present address is the residential address where you and or your dependent are now physically living. If you do not provide an accurate residential address, it could result in the refusal of your application for misrepresentation.
Also in Visa Office Specific Instructions checklist No.5 says that if you reside in a country different from your nationality, include a copy of your visa for the country in which you currently reside.
So for physically living, they are living in Canada, they ask the copy of passport, it's confused.
Thanks for your reply!

They are not living in Canada, they are visiting it. If someone is staying in a hotel for two weeks on a vacation, for example, they would not put the hotel address as their residential address. So it basically comes down to how long are they staying in Canada? If it is short enough to be a vacation, use their home address. If they have been here for two years, you could put the Canadian address. If you are unsure, you are safe to put their home address, and then attach a note saying they are staying with you in Canada at ZZZ address for 3 months, or whatever.
