Hi bugan... If you are still legally married, you would need to include her in your application but include papers from the annulment if you have any and even a letter to immigration explaining the situation that you have been seperated for years. You do not want to hide information from them because if you misrepresent yourself your application will be denied and I believe you have to wait 2 years before reapplying. I think your best bet is to give additional info explaining more in details your situation.

Hope this can help you

Hello Ind_dan,

I am not sure if I understood you right... What I said about 2 years is if you did not give immigration all the information and they process your application without the correct information while processing they realise that you tried to hide information then this could be misrepresentation and from what I understood this means that the application is automatically denied and you cannot reapply for another 2 years.

When you say form, I am not understanding as I never mentionned forms??? Are you asking about the part where I said write a letter???

I am not 100% sure this delays the application process but I do know that they attach letters, emails and faxes right away to all files but I'm uncertain if this delays it.
