I am a recent landed immigrant to canada. I did not include my husband on my application when I began the process. we have children together and been together for more than 20 years.

What do I do now that am in Canada to bring him here to Canada?

1.  Did you apply as single and were married?
2.  If your husband and children were not examined and are now not members of the family class and cannot be sponsored.
3.  If you did not declare your family, you obtained your visa by misrepresentation and are subject to removal from Canada.
4.  Time to find yourself an Immigration Lawyer.

My Children were included in the application and came with me as Landed. When I applied during the application. We weren't togetger then and was never married, both living in two separate countries.

we started living together two years ago, although still not married, can I apply for him as a conjugal partner?
