Hi Folks,

I am about to submit the forms for permanent residency through inland sponsorship.

One thing I am unsure about is my wife who is Canadian has not yet changed her maiden name on her passport/drivers licence etc, so when filling out the forms do we use her maiden name or my last name as that is what it is supposed to be?

thank you

If she has not chainged her maiden name on anything at all, even when you got married, I would use her maiden name.

Her application has to be submitted under the same name that her current identification is in - so maiden name.
