NOTES:

* passport that has maiden name on it can still be used as long as its not soon to expire and make sure it matches the information on  
   your application.
* The DMP will give you (original) copy 2  of the medical report that you need to include with your application. copy 1 will be sent by the
   DMP to the appropriate medical office for processing.


REMINDERS: (DO'S AND DONT'S)

* inquiring about the status of your application before the standard processing time has elapsed will slow down the processing of your
   application.
* for those who needs fingerprinting for fbi police certificate, better go to crame (investigation and crime laboratories) because they are
   the one that's expert in finger printing and send atleast 2-3 copies of your fingerprint forms to avoid re-finger printing if it's not clear.
* make sure you have your AOM ready incase CEM asked for it.
* make sure you pay all the fess to avoid delay on processing.
* make sure to have your medical result on or before submitting your application.
* 9 recent photos submitted must be properly labeled at the back with the applicant's name, DOB and signature.
* make sure to print out the registration form and fill it out before going for CFO seminar to save time in line.
* for those who are going to CFO seminar make sure to be there early because they are on a first come first serve basis and they only
   accomodate 60 people per day that would start at 10am from monday to friday.


NORMAL TIMELINES:  processing times in months is 9 months but based on the previous applicants timelines this is how it goes.

* assessment of sponsor/sponsor get DM: within 42 days
* PP request/addt'l documents request: after a month from the date the sponsor got DM
* 2-4 months waiting time from the date of the pp sent before ecas changes
* ecas changes to in process and then DM after the said waiting time
* medical result received and DM usually comes few days after in process; but some will have in process for 2-4 months and gets DM;
   some gets visa first before getting DM from in process status.


ECAS:

* Medical result received status will appear on ecas once or twice. If you   submitted your medical result prior to your application, it will
   appear on   your ecas first before application received or during the first month of your application and then in just a few days it will be
   removed on your   ecas. if it again appeared on your ecas 2-4 months after your pp submission then you'll probably get DM within that
   month or not later than the next month, if everything goes well.


ABOUT THE CFO SEMINAR:

* As Filipinos going abroad as fiancé(e)s, spouses or other partners of foreign nationals, you are required to attend the CFO's guidance  
   and counseling session in order to secure the Guidance and Counseling Certificate (GCC) and the CFO sticker.
* You also need this certificate to renew or apply for a new passport at the Department of Foreign Affairs

Sa wakas, dumating na rin ang Police Clearance ng hubby ko from Saudi....

What should I do next? So far hindi pa naman hinihingi ng CEM, should I send it now or wait till hey request it?

Wait for "their" request para you have proof to show if in case ma-misplaced nila. Make sure it is untouched/unopened ha otherwise, magrerequest ka ulit nyan.

Anu po ba yung tinatanong ng immigration? Nag tatanong po ba sila ng proof of funds? Saan ka titira? or anything personal?

Yung PR Card application, on the day na dumating ka mag fill-up ang application?

dalawa kase dadaanan mong immigration eh yung 1st ung sa pag tatak ng pag enter mo ng canada then dun nila itatanong kung may dala kang bawal na stuff.. normal question sa mga tourist / immigrant then papapuntahin ka sa isang room for first immigrant dun naman ang itatanong lang sayo kung saan address ipapadala yung pr card (saan ka nakatira) then ung last na ipapagawa sayo eh may i-sisign ka dun na 4x sa copr mo tapos ok na )

1. married n ba kayo for seven years now? Depende kasi sa Proof of relationship nyo.
2. You need to send it off to your husband who is your sponsor then sya ang magpapadala sa CPC-M.
3. As what I've said in number one, depende sa evaluation ng VO yan kung di sya satisfied sa mga
evidences na pinadala nyo ipapatawag k nya for interview otherwise no more interview.
4. One day lang ang magpamedical then your DMP will give you copy at isasama mo un sa application mo.
ung Medical results mo ay ipapadala n ng DMP directly sa Visa Office mo.

Yung mga tanong usually kung ano yung mga sagot month sa application like why are u coming to canada, how did u meet your husband, what's his job. They will ask how much money you have with you. Ako pocket money lang meron so sinabi ko magkano. Tatanong nila kung tama yung address month para dun nila isend yung pr card. Basta madali lang sa immigration. Vancouver ako nagland

No sis....Vancouver is the port of entry,dun nila kinukuha lahat ng infos mo for immigration etc. Sa Pearson airport ang talagang lalapagan mo if sa Toronto and surrounding cities etc ang destination mo.
