1. You can get it i think from your school(elementary & highschool) it is called form 137 or Student's permanent record. U can get the certified true copy because you can't get the original. 2. See comelec office po. |

quebec din ako.. spouse visa kaba? 43days antay bago approved letter from cic to Cem then after non tanggap ka letter approval another and docs send.. kailan kaba nag apply? anu time line mo

meaning late naregister birth cert ng applicant? kase hihingi lang sila pag late ang birth cert eh and yes punta ka sa school and form 137 nga un request ka not sure kung gaano katagal or depende sa school siguro regarding sa voters id alam ko d na sila nag rerelease ng id ata for now pero pwede ka hingi ng certificate try mo sa city hall nyo request ka tapos pkita mo letter ng cem para makuha din agad. |
