by the way hentaznel, curious lang ako. ano yung additional docs na pinadala sayo aside from your passport? sa amin kasi passport lang hiningi then after a week we got a letter from them asking for the family info sheet. yung page that asks lang yung name ng parents and siblings.
hi ilovemywife! sorry ngayon ko lang nakita itong question u.. 4 documents eh, nbi-- wierd kasi nagpasa naman me nbi nung sinubmit namin application marraige advisory passport and ung form they provided for personal history.. question ko lang .. is it a good sign na they are asking for PR fee, my hubby received a letter asking for PR fee madedelay ba because of these. |

hello everyone ,
my husband receive a letter asking him to pay 490 for permanent resident application, we have paid 550 when we send the application,
we didnt know about this 490 payment, he is goin t pay on monday in canada.
im worried will it delay the application? is this the payment you say will delay the application who have the same case as me.. pls help

Hi Hentaznel, I hope this would help in answering your question. Sa immigration canada application fees, we need to pay the fees in full if we want them to process our application faster. If not, it would add up to the delay. These are the corresponding fees: $75 - to process sponsorship application $475 - to process the principal applicant papers $490- permanant residence fee $1040.00 canadian is the total payment for outland immigration application. yup, if the birth certificate is late registered, they need the additional documents as listed in the application guide to verify your identity.

Eto ung nakalagay dun sa binasa ko kinopy paste ko nlng... "If you pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee
at the same time you pay the processing fees,
it will facilitate processing as we will not have to contact you later.
If you do not do so, you will be asked to pay this fee
when we are ready to issue the permanent resident visa.

No problem lagi kami mag update kpag may nngyari na sa application nmin, para lahat tau may idea sa posible mangyari diba. thanks! sana nga mabalik agad mga passport ntin with visa na.. kasi mag chuchurch wedding pa kami kaya kpag narelease visa un ung go signal ng asawa ko para umuwi sa pinas at mag church wedding tapos sabay na kami papunta Canada kung maapprove sa pinas. i will Pray harder for all of US!.. thanks! |

im sorry. i meant... mas ahead ka pa sa akin in filing ur docs kc... kahit june kami ng start... then my mali kasi sa app namin eh, my hubby forgot to input a date and signed something kaya the cic returned the whole package to us last july.
tka, how's ur passport mailing status? did it already arrive in CE-Mla?

[ b]I wanna see the link where you get the info ..is it from cic website?.. [/b] I never saw that before, I wish I did, I feel a little bad, maybe it will delay for a while cas you know they contacted him and all. but I hope its not the 2 months delay.. The way I understand this, i think i should be happy lol cas it said they are goin to ask for payment when they are ready to issue the visa. My husband receive the letter and they are giving him 30 days to pay it.. since its weekend there, banks are close so he goin to do it on monday. Hoping and praying it will go quick.
